# mklv -y cdlv -s n -L /dev/cdlv rootvg 700M hdisk0

# dd if=/install/image.iso of=/dev/cdlv bs=32k

# mount -v cdrfs -o ro /dev/cdlv /mnt

# df -k /mnt
Filesystem    1024-blocks      Free %Used    Iused %Iused Mounted on
/dev/cdlv          134504         0  100%    67252   100% /mnt

AIX 6.1 - VIOS 2.x
Utiliser les commandes loopmount et loopumount

# loopmount -i /install/image.iso -o "-V cdrfs -o ro" -m /mnt

# df -k /mnt
Filesystem    1024-blocks      Free %Used    Iused %Iused Mounted on
/dev/loop0         134504         0  100%    67252   100% /mnt

# lsattr -El loop0
filename  /install/image.iso Name of the image file to be associated with the device True
temporary yes                Determines if the device should be removed at boot time True

# umount /mnt

# loopumount -i /install/image.iso -o "/mnt"

# lsattr -El loop0
lsattr: 0514-519 The following device was not found in the customized
        device configuration database:

La commande mount de Linux intègre déja depuis longtemps cette option.

# mount -o loop /install/image.iso /mnt
